2013

In 2013, psychologist and human development specialist, Isaías Sharon, founded in Chile the training entity Smart Coach, which is dedicated to train and certify professionals in professional accompaniment disciplines such as coaching, neurolinguistic programming and mentoring.

2015

Smart Coach generates a partnership with HRTools International, a global entity specialized in technological solutions for people management. As a result of this working relationship, HPI International was created, dedicated to the development of assessments for people management and training programs for specialized consultants.

2017

HPI launches measurement tools called HPI-DISC (behavioral styles), HPI-Competence (work competencies) and HPI-Psychosocial (psychosocial risk measurement). With these tools, HPI begins its expansion and positioning in important industries, such as banking, services, retail, among others.

2020

In the midst of a year full of changes and new challenges, HPI International improves its systems, updating its website, enhancing its software and launching a new DISC-Vocational instrument, evaluating more than 50 thousand students. In addition, HPI-EI, the most complete emotional intelligence instrument in the market, is launched, with a focus on development, leadership and educators, as well as a complete offer for the world of education.

2021

HPI International is acquired by a consortium of LearninGroup entities, based in the United States, which allows us to effectively combine the development of application models, internationally validated tools, customized solutions for our corporate clients, and the training of the highest level of professionals in people management consulting.

Since August of this year, our HPI Tools platform is available in a multi-language version. You will be able to navigate, perform evaluations and issue reports in English, Portuguese and Spanish. At any time you can change the language you want to work with.
